The Kazakh government finalized the acquisition of ArcelorMittal's Temirtau and Tubular Products Aktau for $286 million. This deal, significant for Kazakhstan's industrial sector, transfers full control to the state investment fund Qazaqstan Investment Corporation (QIC). The new investor is Allur's Chairman Andrey Lavrentyev. Over $1 billion will soon be invested to enhance operational efficiency, with a total investment of around $3.5 billion over the next three years.
